Route Rightsizing and Camera Program

Utilizing our camera program, Route Rightsizing identifies customers that need bigger cans and/or more services per week. We mount cameras on trucks and we go out and take pictures for several weeks or months and correlate these images with the route sheets and dates. We then utilize this info/data and create a customer service program for you to market to your clients to up-sell them what they need. It also identifies customers that are not properly being billed. A warning letter can be generated initially, and then an overage charge for one to four weeks, until finally they are automatically put into a bigger service and/or more services.
